Return Policy: The comfort and safety for your horses is our #1 priority. Your halter may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt if it is not a proper fit or you are not 100% satisfied. Upon return, the halter must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and in excellent condition. You may have a refund or exchange, whichever you wish. For a refund, we will credit the full merchandise price to your credit card or issue a check in US dollars depending on your original method of payment.
